What REALLY happened in my new book!
My new book, which is tentatively titled "Elijah," contains a scene in which Elijah sees White Buffalo, after several months, in a local breakfast house restaurant. This meeting may seem accidental, but it wasn't. Because apparently White Buffalo had a little message to give his ex-partner.
The background is that Elijah doesn't know if White Buffalo is dead or alive. But he assumes that he survived. Well, to make this explanation short, one day White Buffalo sat down at Elijah's table (surprise!) where he was seated alone. What happened next is presented in my novel as a fairly tame conversation. But I was very hesitant to depict the meeting exactly as it occurred that day. Here it is:
"Hello, dumbass."
