White Buffalo: Tales of a Warrior-Prophet is Live on Kindle Vella!

I am very excited to announce the publication of White Buffalo: Tales of a Warrior-Prophet on Kindle Vella! This project has been over two years in the making. I'm still polishing the last few chapters, so I chose to use Vella and release the installments in chapters as I finish them. White Buffalo: Tales of a Warrior-Prophet is available at this link: https://www.amazon.com/kindle-vella/product/B09YQVY79Y/episodeList It's not necessary to use a Kindle to read the book. The first three chapters are free to read. You should also have 200 free tokens available on Vella for further reading. That makes a grand total of about 12 chapters free. That's almost half the book! Have fun reading my book!

No one will EVER read this

The novel-writing has been progressing slowly. Maybe it's due to living with all these disorders - internal and external problems plague me constantly. If the only thing Covenant had to worry about in reality was leprosy - no, he had social problems, too. Supposedly, there was still a social stigma in the US in 1977 regarding those with leprosy. I don't know if that's how it really was then. I suppose it's plausible that somebody with leprosy in 1977 US would be ostracized. So, I have these two novels in the works. Editing is uncomfortable and slow. I want to improve the rough drafts, but it's difficult and I don't have $1200+ to spend on an editor at Fiverr. Cheaper editors don't do very much and often renege on their promises. They say they'll do this and that, but then they only do "this" and not "that." The rough draft of chapter 1 (my first novel) was crap, but hopefully I improved it. I had an author read it, and all she had t...

The Fly Scene - A Demon Scorned

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT piss off an arch-demon. Elijah, the name of my main character, is a Klutz with a capital K. Not that he's a born loser. He was subtly accursed at the end of my novel "The Legend of White Buffalo" by the arch-demon Samyaza. From then on, every decision he made will secretly serve Samyaza's devilish goals. Shit will definitely hit the fan in my sequel novel. Elijah turns out to be his own worst enemy from the very first chapter titled "The Beast Arises." Before he can defeat the enemy, he will have to become aware of and end the curse that causes him to make bad choices. When Elijah finally defeats the curse, the Beast exacts his revenge by possessing a horde of flies of every kind. When these flies attack, there will be so many in the swarm that it'll be impossible to breathe without inhaling some flies! It looks like an impossible predicament for our klutzy hero. Will he emerge victorious as the Lord of the Flies? Comment ...

White Buffalo Has at his Command 30,000 angels!

White Buffalo had at his command 30,000 angels! They were bound to him as his dutiful protectors. These angels weren't with him forever. Not long after the rescue in Portland, Oregon, a history that was truncated for brevity in my novel "The Legend of White Buffalo," he was assigned an angel army by Enoch, the arch-angel MetaTron. I had always thought angels were eternal, but a lot of them were killed in battle over the course of the novel. I asked White Buffalo about this. He explained that they weren't literally killed. To our mortal eyes, they appear to die as they're being devoured. But in truth, their essence is merely being transformed. I haven't a clue whether those angels that died were replaced by Enoch. So many of them perished during the battle of Armaggedon which followed that I fear Heaven may be running short on angels, and doesn't have many to spare.

Blemmading A-Ding-Ding!

Image
The picture above contains a few mythical creatures known as Blemmadings (or Blemmyae). Following the "mythology is real" rule, when I say "mythical" I really mean "real" - possibly even, more real than the reality of common-sense. They were very real to the Romans on the left side of the picture. It appears to be a drawing of Blemmadings paying tribute to some soldiers from ancient Rome. But there's no fucking way Blemmadings would pay anything but death to beings with heads. They hate beings that have heads. Therefore, it was a trap, an unlikely peace offering or tribute set by the Blemmadings to lure some Romans to a gruesome death. The Blemmadings would then devour their victims during a horrific ritual that lies beyond our mere human capacity to comprehend. This picture, however, could not possibly have been drawn by a human being. It was drawn by a Blemmading as a means of luring in Romans. It's extremely unlikely that Roman centurions wo...
